FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 1. How to order?

  • For METRO MANILA and cities serviceable by lalamove / grab, you just need to check out thru our website and once payment has been confirmed, we can send pick up details so you can book your own GRAB / LALAMOVE / ANGKAS ETC. This is the best option as most of our items are bulky and most courier will count dimension causing the shipping fee to be high.
  • For PROVINCIAL ORDERS, its best to check out from our SHOPEE ACCOUNT as shopee offers discounted sf for PROVINCIAL ORDERS.

 2. What are my shipping options?

  • For small items that can fit into pouches, we can use GOGO EXPRESS.
  • For bulky items, we use LALAMOVE/GRAB for Metro Manila
  • For extra bulky items like INFINITUB MAX/ MI CASA PLAYHOUSE, we use LALAMOVE MPV (300kg) / TRANSPORTIFY
  • For provincial orders, we can do SEA CARGO for VIS-MIN areas. It will take about 2-4 weeks but the shipping fee is very cheap. Another alternative is to order from our SHOPEE ACCOUNT (search for bambina)

We don't recommend normal couriers like LBC etc  as it will be very expensive since our items are bulky. For LALAMOVE / GRAB bookings, the shipping fee will be paid directly to the rider to ensure safety delivery of your items.

3. There's only PICK UP OPTION on your check out. No delivery?

  • You can pick up personally or book a courier (like a lalamove / grab) to pick up for you. We don't offer "delivery" option as were minimizing mistakes of choosing different shipping fees as there's no courier integrated in our website provider to automatically calculate the shipping fee upon check out :) 
  • If you're unable to book a lalamove/grab, please do message us on our instagram or note it upon check out so we can do the booking for you.
  • PICK UP TIME: 10AM - 8PM
  • Please don't drop by unannounced haha 

 

    5.  What are your modes of payment?

    • We have BDO, BPI,  AUB, GCASH and paypal. 
    • COD option is available for small items thru GOGO EXPRESS
    • Other payment options are available thru our SHOPEE ACCOUNT.

     

    4. Do you accept returns / refunds/ exchanges?

    • Due to COVID-19, we won't accept exchanges and returns. So, please before purchasing (especially for our INFINITUBS and BEDRAILS) measure accordingly as to avoid problems :)
    • You have 7 days (from the day you receive it) to check your items for damages or defects. We can send replacement depending on the situation. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee unless it's a factory defect or a mistake on our end.
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. And we won't honor refund due to shortage of funds or changing of minds. So before checking out, please make sure that you're sure of the purchase :)

     5. Do you have a gift registry?

    • We're experimenting with it! Recently added an "ASK TO BUY" feature. :)
    • Basically you can add to cart everything that you want and on the right side of the screen click the "ASK TO BUY" button. Just follow the steps and wait for someone to checkout your cart for you :)
