RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thank you for purchasing from our store. Here at Bambina, we pride ourselves with great customer service :) So here are some things you need to know about our refund and exchange policy.

Before checking out, please make sure that you're sure of the purchase. (Dimensions and weight were measured, sure of the color choices, etc)

Once item is shipped, it's considered sold.

Unfortunately, at this current situation, we are unable to process refund or returns.

EXCHANGES

Once in awhile, we do make mistakes.

Either due to a manufacturing defect or human error.

Please contact us via email (bambinaph@gmail.com) or thru our instagram (@bambinaph) with your order # so we can correct it and redeem ourselves! haha

• Exchanges will only be valid if you can return the wrong item in the same condition you received it. Complete and untampered packaging, unused. 
• In case that you received an incomplete order, please send us proof and we will send the missing item to you. (shipping on us!)
• If you received a broken item, please make sure to send us proof with your order number and wait for our response. 
• Do note that we will not accept exchanges due to change in preference, wrong sizing, item not fitting that desired place etc. So its important that you ask away regarding sizing especially in our bulkier items :)

*we have the right to refuse exchanges if it deemed unworthy.
