Shipping policy

FOR METRO MANILA AND NEARBY CITIES:

  • As most of our items are bulky, we recommend booking LALAMOVE / GRAB / MR SPEEDY (or same service provider of your choice) as they calculate using distance and not dimensions. 
  • Once your items are ready, we will send you the pick up details and instructions via email so you can book your own LALAMOVE/GRAB/ MR SPEEDY. This is recommended so you can easily track your rider and you can book at any convenient time.
  • Shipping rate will depend how far is the drop off from our HQ
    You can check the rates on the app but to give you an idea here's an estimate: 
    • MOTORCYCLE: P100-300
    • CAR: P400-900

  • The nearer the drop off is from our HQ (MINDANAO AVENUE QUEZON CITY) the cheaper it will be.

  • The delivery fee is not free. You will pay the rider directly.

  • You can also pick up your order personally if you're near the area.

PROVINCIAL ORDERS:

  •  For most items, we recommend to check out from our shopee account as they offer discounted shipping fee for provincial orders. 

FOR EXTRA BULKY ITEMS LIKE INFINITUB MIDI/ MAX, MI CASA PLAYHOUSE ETC:

  • If you find SHOPEE'S SHIPPING FEE too high and you're not in a rush, we offer SEA CARGO for VISMIN provinces. Shipping fee is usually less than 300-700 but you'd have to wait for 2-4 weeks.

  • For some provinces covered by AP CARGO, we can schedule that as well. Just check out normally here thru our website and note it.

FOR SMALL ITEMS THAT CAN FIT INTO A POUCH:

  • Check out normally as you would and note that you would want it for GOGO EXPRESS and we will schedule GOGO EXPRESS courier for you. The shipping fee will be paid directly to the delivery guy and you will receive updates via SMS regarding your order.
